The Lincoln Intermediate Unit meets monthly with each district representative at the Special Education Advisory Council to provide state and federal legal updates, networking opportunities, discussions regarding student concerns and the availability to  clarify issues regarding the effect of state and federal special education laws on the provision of services to students.  The LIU also provides support and technical assistance to special education administrators in our school districts and charter schools.
