York Learning Center is a center-based educational setting located in York, PA within the LIU 12 footprint. YLC provides a highly individualized and structured classroom model. The classrooms are designed to provide highly structured environments for students with unique learning, behavioral, and medical challenges that prevent them from participating in a typical school setting or larger educational environment.

Our Mission

To provide a safe and welcoming environment while providing specialized programming, including independent living skills, self-regulation and coping strategies, and improved communication skills to inspire students to achieve their greatest potential.
