In her role, Molly supports initiatives focused on Inclusive Practices and the Learning Environment & Engagement Initiative (formally Behavior).

Before becoming a Staff Developer, I was a Health and PE teacher in the Central Dauphin and Upper Adams School Districts.

I enjoy any opportunity to engage with adult learners, sharing best practices in education that will positively impact their teaching practices and enhance student outcomes.

I enjoy reading, coaching youth sports and spending time with my husband and two daughters.
