Gettysburg Project SEARCH

The Project SEARCH High School Transition Program is a unique one-year, school-to-work, program that takes place entirely at the workplace.  Interns participate in employable and independent skill instruction and are assigned internships in three rotations within the WellSpan Health network.  The program provides real-life work experience to help young adults with disabilities make successful transitions from school to competitive employment.
