Jaclyn Deardorff
Language Instruction Educational Program (LIEP) Supervisor
Jaclyn began her career in education as an elementary classroom teacher and also spent part of her career as a special educator. She later shifted her focus to English Language Development (ELD), dedicating the past 17 years to teaching and supporting English Learners. She currently serves as the Language Instruction Educational Program (LIEP) Supervisor at the Lincoln Intermediate Unit in New Oxford, PA. In this role, she leads a team of ESL program specialists, coordinates the regional Title III Consortium, and oversees Translation and Interpretation services. Her work supports English Learners across more than forty schools in three counties. Jaclyn is deeply committed to advancing equity, access, and high-quality instruction for multilingual learners and all students. She also shares her expertise as a presenter at both regional and state conferences, advocating for historically underserved and underrepresented student populations.
Jackie currently resides on a farm outside Gettsyburg with her hursband, two children, and a slew of animals.
Qualifications: Masters in Administration with Principal Certification, Elementary/ Early Childhood Instructional I, ESL Program Specialist, Digital Learning Certification
