Nicole Kline

Equitable Participation Staff Developer

Nicole is a Staff Developer in Equitable Participation. Previously she worked at West Perry High School teaching 9th & 10th grade U.S. History, 12th grade American Government & Economics, and co-teaching several courses. Nicole also advised several clubs including West Perry’s Spirit Club and Aevidum Club, teaching Social Emotional Learning & suicide prevention courses to students, coaching staff members with educational technology and best practices in the classroom, as well as being a member of multiple committees and working tirelessly to improve school & classrooms she worked in. She is also currently being trained as a Tier 1 PBIS facilitator to bring Positive Behavior Support and Interventions to nonpublic & private schools. Nicole works to assist schools by providing guidance in Equitable Participation, best practices in the classroom, and curriculum.

Outside of the Intermediate Unit, Nicole spends her time working as a choreographer for West Perry High School’s musical productions, taking Pilates and Barre classes, reading, watching movies & TV, and spending time with her fiancé, Jamin, and Chinese Crested dog named Tillie.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Education Degree – Digital Age Learning & Educational Technology from The Johns Hopkins University
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Saint Francis University
  • Pennsylvania Level II Secondary Social Studies Certification
