Equitable Participation Staff Developer

Madison is a Staff Developer in Equitable Participation. Previously she worked at  West Perry High School - U.S. History Teacher for 9th & 10th Grade, American Government & Economics for 12th Grade and Cumberland Valley High School - American Government & Economics Teacher for 10th Grade.

I’m passionate about collaborating with schools to support and enhance the professional growth of administrators and staff. Having been a teacher myself, I deeply understand the challenges and rewards of education. I truly enjoyed building relationships with my students, and now I want to help educators reconnect with their own passion for teaching. My goal is to inspire staff, share innovative strategies, provide valuable resources, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within schools. It’s fulfilling to be part of a process that helps others rediscover their "why" and continue growing in their roles.

When I'm not chasing after my energetic 1 ½-year-old son, I enjoy hiking in National Parks with my husband, playing the piano, and curling up with a good book next to my Mini-Bernedoodle, Teddy Roosevelt.
