- Strategies that address the components of effective transition planning and the role of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) in documenting transition goals, services, and supports. Learn how to facilitate meaningful IEP meetings focused on transition planning and implementation.
- Comprehensive professional development designed to equip educators with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to provide ongoing support and follow-up to students during the transition process and beyond.
- Quarterly Networking Meetings to collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including post-school service providers, to ensure continuity of support and facilitate successful outcomes for students with disabilities.
