Dr. Corinne Conner

Supervisor of Professional Learning Services

Corinne began her career in education in 2002,  Mathematics teacher, Kenwood High School, Essex, MD (2002-2012); Dean of Students, Hanover High School, Hanover, PA (2012-2013); Mathematics teacher, Helen Thackston Charter School, York, PA (2013-2014); Mathematics teacher, Landsdowne High School, Landsdowne, MD (2015-2017); Mathematics Department Chair/Acting Administrator, Rosedale Alternative School, Rosedale, MD (2017-2019)

I have spent my career in public education teaching, mentoring, writing curricula, providing professional development, and supervising teams. My "why" comes from a deep belief that developing educators is the route to changing student outcomes. This has been the best part of each job role, which led me to join the Educational Services team at Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12. I was hired in 2019 as a TaC staff developer in the MTSS Academic initiative in math but quickly moved into supporting multiple initiatives. I am a licensed facilitator of Restorative Practices (IIRP) and Working Genius (Table Group). I was a LETRS facilitator and trained in LETRS for Admin. In 2024, I completed training for Dare to Lead and the Arise coaching framework (Aguilar). Before becoming an administrator at the IU, I was a mentor for Acadience Reading and Math and the PVAAS POC for IU12. I am passionate about equity of access for all students, systemic change, and data literacy. My passion for leadership is described best by the John Maxwell quote, "Know the way, go the way, show the way." I value authenticity and leading people by example.

Outside of work, I will most likely be found on the sideline of a field or a court somewhere. I have a 15 year-old daughter who plays three high school sports and club soccer for a team in Maryland. I also have a 14-year-old son who plays three school sports, travel baseball, and AAU basketball.
