Executive Director
The Executive Director serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Intermediate Unit, responsible for overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures set by the Board of Directors. With a focus on both educational and financial operations, the Executive Director ensures the smooth running of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Intermediate Unit's operations
- Chair the Superintendents' Advisory Council
- Act as the primary liaison to district superintendents, school boards, and local district personnel
- Represent the Intermediate Unit on various community boards
- Foster relationships with the Pennsylvania Department of Education and State Legislature
The LIU Cabinet
The LIU Cabinet is the executive-level leadership team of the Lincoln Intermediate Unit. Comprising the Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, and Division Directors from key areas—Business Services, Educational Services, Educational Technology Services, Human Resources, and Special Education—the Cabinet provides strategic direction and oversight to ensure the organization’s goals and vision are met.
With a wealth of expertise in education, administration, leadership, and business, Cabinet members are dedicated to applying their knowledge and experience to provide the skills and solutions necessary to thrive in an interconnected world.
