100 Day Entry Plan

I am honored to serve as your Executive Director and am grateful the Board of Directors has entrusted me with leading your service agency.

It is my goal to build on the good work accomplished by our Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 staff while cultivating new opportunities to position the LIU as the provider of choice within the communities we serve. 

A necessary part of beginning this work is the creation of a 100 Day Entry Plan. This 100 Day Entry Plan will provide me with opportunities  to look, listen and learn from our students, parents, staff, community, stakeholders and the Board during my first months on the job. 

This plan is guided by cultivating an environment of transparent goal setting with a clear focus on sustained and continuous improvement. It will be used to update our stakeholders of my progress in this new role.

I hope you will take some time to view the plan, below. I will provide monthly updates to this plan and encourage you to check back in the future to see my progress toward completion.
