Kortney joined the LIU as a Staff Developer in September of 2022.  Her initiative is MTSS Math. 

Previously, she was an elementary teacher for 6 years, spending most of those years teaching 4th grade math, science, and social studies.  She has her masters in K through 8th Grade  Math and Science.

Kortney lives in Aspers with her husband Curt and dog Ruby.
