Deb worked in the Dover Area School District from August 1994 through September 2022 as an elementary teacher of 3rd, 4th, 5th grade for 18 years, and as an Intervention Specialist/Dean of Students for K-6 in Reading, Math, & Behavior for 10 years.  She is very passionate about supporting educators to provide the best instructional practices to students to promote achievement, growth, & overall success.

Deb resides in Dillsburg with her husband, Brionne (teacher) and daughter Darah (when she is not away at Lock Haven University). I enjoy being outside, hiking, camping, and reading. The Smoky Mountains in TN are my favorite place to visit.
