Training and Consultation (TaC) Staff Developer

Chelly has been involved in the field of education for the past 31 years. Prior to taking her position at LIU in 2021, she was a trainer and consultant at Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) for 7 years.  Additionally, she spent 23 years as a special education teacher.

Chelly is a Staff Developer for LIU. She spends much of her time focused on MTSS math, assistive technologies, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
