Gabriela Szabo-Carney brings to her students 16+ years of experience in education.

Her previous teaching experiences include high school social studies teacher at Baltimore County School district and kindergarten Spanish teacher at The Park School of Baltimore. Her current role in education is LIEP Teacher as a member of the LIU12’s LIEP team working on language development with K-12 students.

Gabriela’s most gratifying teaching moments are when her students demonstrate pride in their achievements. Her passion for working with all students comes from her own love of learning as she has continued her education and earning certifications as an adult. When Gabriela isn’t working with her students, you might find her attending her children’s sporting events around York County, or teaching/attending a yoga class.
