All applications and associated materials must be submitted online through the Frontline Applicant Tracking system and will be retained for one year. Please note that we do not accept paper applications.

Current LIU12 employees who are interested in any posted vacancies must apply as Internal Applicants. Former LIU12 employees or substitutes must apply as External Applicants.

    For foreign-educated applicants:

    • If you are offered a support staff position with the LIU, we must have a copy of your high school diploma on file. If the diploma is not in English, you must have the diploma translated by a reputable, legitimate company. We suggest following the guidance listed below for professional staff. The cost to have this done, if any, is the applicant's responsibility.
    • If you are offered a professional position with the LIU, we must have your official college transcript(s) on file. If your transcripts are not in English, you must have them translated. The cost to have this done, if any, is the applicant's responsibility. The LIU follows Pennsylvania Department of Education guidance as follows: All foreign transcripts must be evaluated by a professional credential evaluation agency accredited by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc., National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, or an agency approved by another US state department of education in order to obtain the approving state's educator credential. This evaluation must show the US equivalent of foreign degrees, plus a course-by-course evaluation showing semester hour college credit and cumulative GPA.
