- Right click the link below and choose "Save targe As". Save the certificate file to your computer.
Be sure to change the file extension to .cer and select "All Files" under file types as shown below.

Navigate to the saved file. Check to be sure the file extension is .cer. If it is not, change it to .cer. Double-click the file to run it
On the dialog box that opens, click the "Install Certificate..." button
Click "Next"
Click the "Place all certificates in the following store" option and then click the "Browse..." button
Click the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" folder and then click "Ok"
Click "Next", then "Finish", then "Yes".
You should get a message informing you that the import was successful. Click "Ok"
